Full Description
Laylo is seeking a Head of Growth to build and run its growth engine. As a player/coach, you will create content, run experiments, and build product growth loops. You will focus on non-advertising channels, such as organic social, influencer collaborations, and channel partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of growth experience, a track record of growing software platforms, and strong analytical and data literacy skills. You will report to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams.
