Lead UNIQLO's digital marketing transformation as Director of Digital Marketing in the New York City metropolitan area. This pivotal role drives customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth through cutting-edge digital strategies, directly impacting our global retail success and market dominance in fast fashion.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to boost online traffic and conversions. Oversee daily campaign management, including A/B testing, performance analytics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and real-time optimizations. Weekly, analyze KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and engagement rates, reporting to executive leadership. Monthly, plan cross-channel initiatives like influencer partnerships and programmatic advertising, collaborating with e-commerce, product, and creative teams. Lead a team of 8-10 specialists, mentoring on best practices and fostering innovation. Spearhead major projects like holiday campaigns and app launches, delivering measurable uplifts in sales and user retention while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's or MBA preferred. Minimum 10+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ years in director-level roles at retail or e-commerce firms. Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and CRM systems like Salesforce. Deep knowledge of retail industry trends, omnichannel strategies, and data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint highly desired.
Technical proficiency in marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and emerging tech like AI-driven personalization. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset for data interpretation, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Excellent project management with Agile methodologies and a passion for fashion retail innovation.
