To succeed, you need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, plus an MBA preferred, and at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy within fintech or SaaS industries. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SQL for data analysis is essential, alongside deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email automation, and social media platforms. Certifications such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Strategy are highly valued, with proven track record in scaling campaigns for high-growth companies.
