Day-to-day, orchestrate assembly line throughput by analyzing real-time data from CNC machines and robotic welders, targeting 98% on-time delivery. Spearhead lean initiatives to slash waste in wood fabrication and upholstery stages, collaborating with suppliers for just-in-time inventory in our 200,000 sq ft facility. Mentor 150+ operators through shift rotations and safety drills, while launching kaizen events to boost ergonomics and output by 15%. Tackle bottlenecks via root-cause analysis on custom office pod lines, integrating IoT sensors for predictive maintenance. Candidates bring a bachelor's in industrial engineering or operations management, plus 12+ years in high-volume manufacturing, with 7 years directing multi-shift plants. Proficiency in SAP ERP, AutoCAD for layout optimization, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification is essential. Proven track record scaling production in furniture or consumer goods sectors preferred. Excel with data-driven decision-making, strategic vendor negotiations, and cross-functional leadership. Master lean manufacturing tools, OSHA compliance, and advanced analytics software.
