Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred, alongside 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably in food, beverage, or health/wellness industries. Proven track record leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments is essential, with deep expertise in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and Klaviyo for email automation. Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Shopify and data analytics software is required, complemented by knowledge of regulatory standards for food labeling and health claims. Professional certifications like Google Analytics or Digital Marketing Professional from platforms such as Google or HubSpot are highly desirable.
