Based in Dallas, this position fuses data insights with aviation pedagogy to sustain our leadership in the skies. Day-to-day, you'll scrutinize inflight incident reports and performance metrics from recent routes to pinpoint training gaps, then craft targeted e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline. Collaborate with flight ops leaders on quarterly refreshers for emergency procedures, simulate real-world scenarios in VR setups, and measure outcomes via pre/post assessments to refine protocols. Expect to lead cross-functional projects, such as integrating sustainability topics into service training, while tracking ROI through engagement analytics. A bachelor's in education, aviation management, or related field is required, plus 3-5 years in training analysis or airline operations. Proficiency in LMS platforms like Saba or Cornerstone, Excel pivot tables for data viz, and FAA regulations is essential.
