Oversee payroll processing for US and international teams, ensuring compliance with diverse tax laws and regulations. Manage vendor relationships with ADP and local providers, resolving discrepancies daily. Spearhead quarterly audits and implement automation tools to cut processing time by 20%. Handle employee queries on deductions and benefits via our internal portal.
Hold a bachelor's in accounting or finance with 7+ years in multi-jurisdictional payroll. Proficiency in UKG Pro and Excel pivot tables required. CPP or FPC certification preferred.
