Review and verify incoming invoices against purchase orders and receipts daily. Enter data into ERP systems like NetSuite accurately. Reconcile accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies promptly. Manage payment runs for U.S. and international suppliers weekly.
Associate degree in accounting required. 3+ years AP experience essential. Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP software.
