The Financial Controller at The Bolton Group directs all financial reporting and analysis from our Indianapolis headquarters.
Oversee monthly close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance across multi-entity structures. Prepare detailed variance analyses for executive reviews and forecast cash flows using advanced ERP systems. Spearhead annual audits with external firms, resolving discrepancies swiftly. Daily tasks include reviewing AP/AR reconciliations and mentoring two junior accountants on ledger maintenance. Launch a new dashboard project to track KPI performance in real-time.
Candidates need a bachelor's in accounting plus 8 years of progressive controllership experience. Proficiency required in QuickBooks, Excel pivot tables, and ADP payroll.
