Full Description
Lead sales efforts for Wencor in government and military markets. This remote role supports aviation component distribution from Tampa, FL.
Prospect and close deals with DoD agencies and contractors. Conduct needs assessments for aircraft parts. Develop quarterly sales pipelines targeting $10M+ revenue. Collaborate with engineering on custom proposals for F-35 and Black Hawk programs.
Hold bachelor's in business or engineering. Bring 7+ years in defense sales. Master FAR/DFARS regulations and CRM tools like Salesforce. Security clearance preferred.
Excel in relationship building and strategic negotiation. Proficiency in GovWin IQ essential.
