A strong understanding of business operations and market trends is also desirable. Skills & Competencies: You should have excellent technical skills, including experience with laboratory equipment and software, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. Industry-specific competencies, such as knowledge of cat litter production or related products, are also essential.
