Full Description
Private Equity Fund Accountant role at Atlantic Group supports a leading PE firm managing substantial AUM in rapid expansion.
Prepare monthly NAV calculations and waterfall distributions for multiple funds. Reconcile capital calls, distributions, and management fees using Investran. Generate accurate investor reports and K-1s under tight deadlines. Collaborate with portfolio managers on ad-hoc valuation projects.
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required. 3+ years in PE fund accounting. Proficient in Investran or eFront, Excel pivot tables. CPA preferred.
Master fund-level reconciliations. Excel in detail-oriented analysis. Strong communicator.
