Your day-to-day as a Customer Service Representative will revolve around handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and technical support for Rogue equipment like racks, bars, and plates. You'll process orders accurately, resolve billing disputes swiftly, and escalate complex issues to warehouse or technical teams for seamless resolution. Weekly, you'll review customer feedback metrics to identify trends, collaborate with sales and logistics departments to improve service delivery, and participate in team huddles to share insights on common pain points. Monthly responsibilities include generating reports on call resolution times, aiming for under 5-minute average handle times, and contributing to training materials based on real customer interactions. Expect to manage 50-70 interactions per shift, upsell complementary products when appropriate, and ensure every customer feels valued and informed about our expansive catalog. To succeed in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of prior customer service experience in a call center or retail environment preferred. Familiarity with fitness equipment or e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in CRM software like Zendesk or Salesforce, along with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and order management systems, is essential. No specific certifications are needed, but a passion for fitness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting will set you apart.
