Etsy is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Customer Support in Brooklyn, NY. This role will lead the development of customer support products and features.

The Staff Product Manager for Customer Support will be responsible for leading the development of customer support products and features that delight our customers and drive business growth.
The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality products, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product roadmaps. They will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, developing and maintaining key metrics and dashboards to measure product performance, and working with the customer support team to identify and prioritize product needs. Additionally, they will partner with the engineering team to develop and implement new features and tools, and work with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in customer support or a related field. They will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business, or communications, and at least 5 years of experience in product management. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Tableau is a plus, as well as experience with customer support software and platforms.
The Staff Product Manager will be a key member of the product team, working closely with other product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality products.
