Arrow Search Partners, a leading New York recruitment firm, needs an Administrative Assistant to support executive workflows in our bustling Midtown office.
Manage daily calendars for senior partners, coordinating meetings with clients and candidates across finance and tech sectors. Prepare detailed reports using Excel and prepare client correspondence via Outlook. Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking for key business trips to conferences in Boston and Chicago.
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Bring 2+ years in administrative roles within professional services. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools like Bullhorn a plus.
Excel in multitasking. Master data entry accuracy.
