Manage daily executive calendars, prioritizing meetings across NYC clients and internal teams. Draft correspondence, organize confidential files, and coordinate travel logistics for partner visits. Handle vendor invoices and expense reports using QuickBooks. Assist with special projects like quarterly client events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up.
