Success requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, plus 10+ years of progressive experience in program management within marketing operations or advertising tech. Expertise in tools like Asana, Jira, Workfront, and Google Workspace is essential, alongside proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Tableau for performance tracking. Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, including CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Business Suite, is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include PMP or Agile certifications and prior leadership in entertainment or consumer tech industries.
