The Staff Accountant role at The Container Store in Coppell, TX, handles core financial tasks for our retail network.
Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations for 100+ stores. Analyze cost variances on storage products and fixtures. Execute general ledger entries and account reconciliations daily. Lead quarter-end flux analysis for merchandising teams.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Minimum 3 years in retail or distribution finance. Proficient in Oracle ERP and Excel pivot tables. CPA certification preferred.
