Tanger's Accounts Payable Specialist in Greensboro, NC processes vendor invoices and payments for our national outlet portfolio.
Review incoming invoices daily for accuracy against purchase orders and contracts. Match documents using ERP systems like SAP. Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements monthly to resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement on payment terms for key retail suppliers. Tackle special projects like AP automation upgrades quarterly.
Associate degree in accounting or finance required. Minimum 3 years AP experience in multi-entity businesses. Proficient in Excel, ERP software, and 10-key calculators. Knowledge of GAAP principles essential.
