Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly. Prepare monthly reports for property managers on revenue and expenses. Assist in annual audits by compiling ledgers and supporting documents. Associate degree in accounting required. Two years experience in hospitality finance. Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and ADP payroll. Basic knowledge of GAAP preferred. Excel in data entry accuracy. Strong attention to detail. Effective communicator. Collaborative culture.
