Resolve escalated payment discrepancies daily. Process high-volume transactions using proprietary LoanCare platforms and core banking software. Reconcile client accounts monthly, auditing for compliance with federal regulations. Collaborate with servicing teams on large portfolio projects.
Hold associate degree in finance or related field. Possess 5+ years in payment processing. Master skills in SQL queries, Excel pivot tables, and FIS servicing systems. NMLS certification preferred.
Excel in data analysis and problem-solving. Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
