Full Description
Justrite Safety Group seeks a Customer Service Representative for full-time role in the United States.
Respond to customer calls and emails about safety cabinets, spill containment, and hazmat gear. Process orders via ERP systems and coordinate with warehouses for timely shipments. Track support tickets in CRM software and escalate complex safety compliance queries to specialists. Day-to-day involves guiding clients on product specs and returns.
High school diploma required, plus 2 years in customer service. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office essential. Familiarity with safety industry regs a plus.
