Full Description
Nextdoor's Frontend Software Engineer builds dynamic web interfaces for our neighborhood social platform.
Develop responsive components using React and TypeScript. Optimize UI performance for mobile and desktop users. Collaborate with designers to implement neighborhood feeds and event features. Tackle daily tasks like A/B testing new layouts and integrating mapping APIs for local discovery.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent. 4+ years frontend experience. Proficient in React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS. Familiarity with Next.js preferred.
Master state management with Redux. Excel in pixel-perfect UI implementation. Thrive in fast-paced teams.
