Oversee monthly close processes and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance. Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analyses for leadership review. Spearhead annual budgeting and forecasting projects to support business expansion.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Minimum 7 years progressive experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems essential. CPA certification preferred.
