Assist in monthly account reconciliations using QuickBooks and Excel. Prepare variance analyses for operational budgets. Support audit preparations by compiling transaction records. Daily tasks include data entry for vendor payments and generating cash flow projections for leadership review.
Pursuing bachelor's in accounting or finance. 1 year relevant coursework. Proficient in Excel pivot tables, QuickBooks. Familiarity with GAAP basics.
