Lakeside Foods, Inc., a Manitowoc-based leader in food processing, offers a Finance Intern role to support core financial functions.
Assist in preparing monthly variance reports on production costs and inventory levels. Reconcile accounts payable for supplier payments tied to ingredient sourcing. Analyze sales data to forecast demand for key product lines like canned vegetables. Day-to-day tasks include data entry in ERP systems and generating ad-hoc reports for management reviews.
Pursuing a bachelor's in accounting or finance, with 1 year of relevant coursework. Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, QuickBooks, and basic SQL queries. Familiarity with GAAP principles.
