This position plays a pivotal part in connecting Houston's dynamic CRE market—spanning office towers, multifamily developments, and industrial logistics hubs—with our signature events and premium content. You'll contribute directly to Bisnow's mission of delivering actionable insights that power deals across the Bayou City skyline. Daily responsibilities center on proactive outreach to CRE professionals, including property owners, leasing agents, and investment firms active in Houston's booming suburbs like The Woodlands and Energy Corridor. Expect to qualify leads through targeted cold calls and LinkedIn messaging, craft customized pitches highlighting Bisnow's sold-out portfolio of sector-specific events such as the Houston Industrial Summit or Multifamily Summit. You'll manage a pipeline in Salesforce, tracking interactions from initial contact to closed sponsorships or ad placements, while collaborating with event managers to align sales strategies with upcoming gatherings at venues like the Post Oak Hotel. Analyze market trends using CoStar data to prioritize high-value prospects, and prepare post-event recaps demonstrating ROI to secure renewals. This role demands agility in navigating Houston's diverse CRE segments, from downtown high-rises to Port of Houston logistics. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with recent graduates preferred—no prior experience necessary, though internships in sales or real estate add an edge.
