Oversee monthly close processes and ensure precise general ledger maintenance. Prepare board-level financial reports and conduct variance analysis on budgets. Spearhead ERP system upgrades to streamline operations across our Ohio headquarters.
Hold a bachelor's in accounting or finance with 7+ years in progressive roles. Master QuickBooks, Excel pivot tables, and GAAP standards. CPA certification preferred.
Excel in financial modeling and process automation. Demonstrate strong analytical mindset.
