Nucar Family of Dealerships seeks a Finance Assistant for our Norwood, MA headquarters. This role supports multi-site automotive finance operations.
Assist in reconciling daily dealership receipts and vendor invoices. Enter financial data into our ERP system for accurate inventory valuation. Monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers. Collaborate on monthly close processes, verifying sales tax remittances. Tackle special projects like cost analysis for new vehicle acquisitions.
Hold an associate degree in accounting or finance. Bring 2+ years in bookkeeping or AP/AR roles. Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel pivot tables.
