Post daily invoices to client accounts using QuickBooks and Excel. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments via phone and email. Reconcile discrepancies in high-volume transactions. Assist in monthly close processes for accurate cash flow reporting.
High school diploma required. Two years AR experience in business services. Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and 10-key. Basic knowledge of GAAP preferred.
