Goodwin Living hires an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Processor for its Alexandria, VA headquarters. This role drives financial accuracy in our nonprofit serving seniors.
Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements daily using Yardi software. Issue checks and EFT payments while reconciling bank statements. Manage customer billing, track receivables, and resolve disputes promptly. Lead monthly aging report reviews to optimize cash flow.
Hold an associate degree in accounting or related field. Bring 2+ years in AP/AR processing. Excel in QuickBooks, Excel pivot tables, and 10-key data entry. Familiarity with nonprofit GAAP preferred.
Master detail-oriented number crunching.
