Full Description
Lensa's Accounts Receivable role handles financial inflows for our nationwide business services.
You will generate and dispatch invoices to clients daily. Track payments and resolve discrepancies promptly. Follow up on overdue accounts via calls and emails. Lead quarterly aging report reviews to accelerate collections.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Minimum 3 years in AR. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel essential. AR certification preferred.
Master invoicing systems. Detail-oriented with persistence.
