In Dallas, our Entry Level Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in expanding our footprint amid the booming North Texas property sector. This position demands proactive outreach to cultivate partnerships with developers, investors, and brokers, directly contributing to event sponsorships and media subscriptions that inform high-stakes decisions.
Day-to-day, expect to prospect via phone and email, targeting DFW's active CRE players like office tower owners and industrial park operators. Craft personalized pitches highlighting Bisnow's exclusive market reports and sold-out networking events at venues such as the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead lists from CoStar data, track progress in Salesforce, and qualify opportunities for senior account executives. Participate in strategy sessions to analyze Dallas-Fort Worth pipeline trends, such as surging logistics demand, and contribute to quarterly revenue goals through persistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or real estate-related field is required, with recent graduates preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sets candidates apart. Prior internship experience in sales or real estate, even part-time, demonstrates potential.
