ARTISAN Management Group hires an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations for multifamily properties in Chicago.
Oversee daily accounting for 25+ buildings, including rent collection, variance analysis, and AP/AR processing. Reconcile Yardi Voyager entries and prepare monthly investor reports. Spearhead annual audits with external firms, minimizing discrepancies under 1%.
Bachelor's in Accounting required; 7+ years in property management finance. Proficient in Yardi, Excel pivot tables, GAAP. CPA preferred.
Excel in financial modeling; detail-oriented communicator.
