SingerLewak LLP, a prominent CPA firm in Los Angeles, hires an Entry Level Tax Staff - International to support global tax services for business clients.
Prepare and review international tax returns, including Forms 5471 and 1118 for foreign corporations and disregarded entities. Analyze transfer pricing documentation and advise on FATCA compliance. Conduct research on foreign tax credits using CCH Axcess and Thomson Reuters tools. Day-to-day tasks involve reconciling multi-jurisdictional data and assisting with outbound investment structuring projects.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, with 0-1 year of tax experience. Proficiency in Excel, tax software, and basic international tax principles essential. CPA progress or EA certification preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail vital. Effective communicator for client interactions.
