Veritas Partners, a Bethesda-based advisory firm, hires a Leveraged Finance Associate to drive debt financing solutions.
Assess creditworthiness of corporate borrowers using detailed financial modeling. Prepare leveraged buyout analyses and covenant packages for sponsors. Collaborate on syndication pitches to banks and direct lenders. Handle due diligence for $50-500M transactions in general business sectors.
Hold a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with 2-3 years in leveraged finance or investment banking. Proficiency in Excel, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg essential. CFA progress preferred.
Master complex financial modeling. Excel in high-stakes negotiations.
