Veritas Partners, a Baltimore-based investment bank, hires an Analyst to support M&A and capital raises.
Conduct detailed financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions. Prepare client pitch materials and confidential information memorandums. Perform due diligence on target companies in manufacturing and tech sectors. Assist in negotiations during live deals, tracking market data from local exchanges.
Hold a bachelor's in finance, economics, or accounting. Bring 1-2 years in banking or consulting. Master Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and PowerPoint. CFA Level 1 pursuit preferred.
Excel in quantitative analysis and client communication. Demonstrate sharp attention to detail.
