Oversee bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now. Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, including FLSA and ACA reporting. Resolve discrepancies in hours tracking and deductions daily. Spearhead quarterly audits to minimize errors by 15%.
Hold a bachelor's in accounting or finance. Bring 5+ years in payroll management. Master ADP, Excel pivot tables, and QuickBooks. CPP certification required.
Excel in data analysis and regulatory navigation. Demonstrate keen attention to detail.
