Process bi-weekly payments using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with state tax laws and FLSA regulations. Reconcile garnishment orders and benefits deductions daily. Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations, handling multi-state withholding nuances. Spearhead quarterly audits to minimize errors and support year-end W-2 filings. Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Bring 5+ years in payroll management. Proficient in ADP, Excel pivot tables, and payroll tax software. CPP certification preferred. Excel in detail-oriented analysis. Master regulatory compliance.
