Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, fashion production, or a related field, backed by at least 7 years in apparel manufacturing leadership. Proficiency in ERP systems like FastReact and Gerber accumark is essential, alongside deep knowledge of textile compliance standards such as OEKO-TEX. Experience managing unionized workforces in urban settings is highly valued.
