The Accounts Payable Supervisor directs invoice workflows in the City of Port St. Lucie's Finance Department. Oversee daily processing of vendor invoices for city projects like infrastructure and public safety. Supervise three staff members in verifying receipts, matching purchase orders, and executing payments via ERP systems. Resolve discrepancies with suppliers serving St. Lucie County's expanding needs. Manage month-end reconciliations and audit preparations for municipal compliance. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Five years of AP experience, including two in supervision. Proficiency in MUNIS software, Excel pivot tables, and 1099 reporting. CPA certification preferred. Excel in data analysis and process optimization.
