This pivotal role shapes consumer perceptions and accelerates growth in the competitive luxury beauty sector. Day-to-day involves orchestrating multi-channel campaigns tailored to North and Latin American markets, from concept to execution. Develop targeted content for digital platforms, retail partnerships, and experiential events like pop-up vinotherapy lounges. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to refine strategies, collaborating with sales and product teams on launches such as our award-winning Vinoperfect serum line. Oversee influencer partnerships with beauty tastemakers and manage budget allocation for high-impact activations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, plus 5+ years in brand management within beauty or consumer goods.
