Triage support tickets via email, chat, and phone. Diagnose app crashes and glucose meter sync failures. Guide users through firmware updates and data privacy setups. Collaborate on feedback loops to refine platform stability weekly.
Bachelor's in IT or related field. 2+ years in tech support. Proficiency in Zendesk, iOS/Android debugging, SQL queries. CompTIA A+ preferred.
