Job Description
MedResolutions seeks a Doctor Advisor to provide expert medical guidance and strategic insights for healthcare solutions. Join our team to shape innovative resolutions in patient care and operational efficiency across the United States.
Full Description
At MedResolutions, the Doctor Advisor role is pivotal in bridging clinical expertise with innovative healthcare strategies. This position empowers you to influence company growth by delivering high-level medical advice that enhances service quality, optimizes patient outcomes, and drives technological advancements in healthcare delivery. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to revolutionize medical resolutions for diverse patient populations nationwide.
As a Doctor Advisor, you will engage in daily consultations with cross-functional teams, reviewing complex patient cases and recommending evidence-based treatment protocols. Weekly, you'll lead strategy sessions to refine healthcare policies, analyze clinical data for trends, and collaborate with R&D departments on new solution development, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory standards and key performance metrics like reduced readmission rates. Monthly responsibilities include mentoring junior clinicians, preparing comprehensive reports on advisory outcomes, and presenting findings to executive stakeholders to inform business decisions. You will also oversee pilot programs for medical technologies, track success metrics such as patient satisfaction scores above 90%, and foster partnerships with external healthcare providers to expand service reach.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution, along with active medical licensure in at least one U.S. state. A minimum of 7-10 years of post-residency clinical experience in primary care or a specialty field is required, complemented by board certification from the American Board of Medical Specialties. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, data analytics tools such as Tableau, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance and telehealth platforms is essential. Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, value-based care models, and population health management is mandatory.
Success in this role demands exceptional analytical skills for dissecting medical data and forecasting trends, alongside advanced communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to non-clinical audiences. Strong leadership competencies are crucial for guiding teams through advisory projects, while adaptability ensures you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape. Industry-specific expertise in digital health innovations and patient-centered care models will set you apart, enabling seamless integration of clinical insights into business strategies.
