You will lead quarterly benefits enrollment drives and resolve staff inquiries swiftly. Expect to collaborate on retention projects amid our expanding operations. Bachelor's degree in HR or business required. Bring 2+ years in coordination roles. Proficiency in BambooHR, Microsoft Office Suite, and ADP essentials. SHRM-CP certification preferred. Excel in data entry speed and confidential handling.
