Septerna's Research Associate in In Vivo Pharmacology conducts essential preclinical studies for GPCR drug discovery.
Execute in vivo experiments using rodent models to assess compound efficacy and safety. Perform dosing, tissue collection, and behavioral assays daily. Analyze pharmacokinetics data with GraphPad Prism. Contribute to pipeline projects targeting metabolic and neurological disorders.
Requires BS/MS in pharmacology, biology, or related field. 2+ years hands-on in vivo experience in biotech. Proficient in surgical techniques, necropsy, and ELISA assays.
Excel in animal handling, precise documentation, and teamwork.
