Lead manufacturing operations at VPI Technology, a Ludlum Measurements division specializing in precision measurement devices.
Oversee production of radiation detection instruments from assembly to quality control. Direct daily workflows across two shifts in Draper facility. Implement lean processes to cut defects by 20%. Spearhead expansion of cleanroom assembly for new sensor lines.
Hold bachelor's in engineering or related field. Bring 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally in electronics or instrumentation. Master ERP systems like SAP and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
