Weekly, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as bioanalysts, clinicians, and computational biologists—to review assay performance metrics like sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Monthly responsibilities include contributing to biomarker strategy reports, presenting findings in team meetings, and supporting validation of novel assays for pharmacodynamic endpoints. You may also participate in literature reviews to identify emerging biomarkers in gene therapy and assist in grant preparation by summarizing key data points and trends.
