As a Customer Service Representative with 7Seventy Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support to clients across various industries. In your daily responsibilities, you will handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to job placements, candidate tracking, and client onboarding within established SLAs. Weekly, you will follow up on open cases, update customer records in CRM systems like Salesforce, and collaborate with recruiting teams to provide status updates on candidate pipelines. Monthly, you will analyze call metrics, prepare satisfaction reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying common pain points. You will also assist in training new team members, manage escalations to senior supervisors, and participate in team meetings to align on performance goals, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and key metrics such as first-call resolution rates above 85% and customer satisfaction scores exceeding 90%.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is required, ideally within recruiting, staffing, or hospitality sectors.
