In this role, you will spearhead the acquisition and retention of VIP clients by identifying prospects through market analysis and networking events, conducting personalized consultations to understand their needs, and tailoring cryptocurrency investment strategies accordingly. Daily tasks include managing a pipeline of high-value leads using CRM tools like Salesforce, following up on inquiries within 24 hours, and closing deals that exceed quarterly targets by at least 20%. Weekly, you will collaborate with product teams to demo new features such as advanced trading tools and staking options, while preparing customized reports on client portfolio performance. Monthly responsibilities encompass hosting VIP webinars, analyzing sales metrics to refine strategies, and partnering with compliance and marketing departments to ensure seamless onboarding and promotional campaigns. You will also mentor junior sales reps, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to the development of sales playbooks, ensuring the team consistently achieves KPIs like 95% client satisfaction rates and 30% year-over-year growth in VIP accounts.
To succeed, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in high-touch sales within fintech, cryptocurrency, or luxury services.
